Incentive systems, when designed, installed and maintained properly are the most effective way to increase production and/or reduce costs. Time Study is an unequaled management technique for finding newer, faster and better ways to work, then measuring and helping decide pay for labor’s output.

This is the updated multi-media version of the two-day basic course given continuously by Gene Levine (since 1965) to thousands of attendees - from companies of all sizes throughout the world. Every attendee receives their own copy of GLA’s Professional Series "Basic Time Study Manual
" (worth $150.00 each), reference materials, a diploma and information how to obtain free technical telephone support to answer any questions which may arise as a result of this seminar.
