Still, until you see it, you may not know whether your expectations will be fulfilled. That is why we offer a simple 30-day money-back guarantee that is limited to our training manuals only.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any training manual, simply return it to us for a refund. Here are our refund terms:
If the manual has an enclosed CD or CDs do not open the CD envelope(s) until you are sure the manual fits your needs. Once you've broken the seal on the CD envelope you are no longer eligible to return the manual for a refund. If you do return the manual and the CD package seal has been broken or tampered with, we will return the manual back to you without issuing a refund.
Manuals being returned must be received by us before 30 days from our ship date.
You pay the postage when returning the manual to us.
Manuals must be packed carefully so they arrive back to us in like new condition.
We suggest you place the manual into a smaller inside envelope so the manual
fits tightly inside the outer shipping envelope. Placing in a shipping
envelope without securing the pages will allow the contents to move
around when thrown around in transit and may prohibit us from repackaging
the manual because the pages will be wrinkled and creased. If that happens
we will return the manual back to you without issuing any sort of refund.
Your return will be inspected using the patented high-speed XCRE®®
process to see if any of the contents were subject to mechanical
reproduction. If it is determined that any part of the manuals were mechanically
reproduced (by scanners or photocopiers, etc.) we will return the manual back to you without issuing a refund.
If your return is approved and you paid by credit card, we will credit your card for the amount your initial billing less the cost of our outgoing postage plus a 10% rewrapping, handling and restocking charge.
