How many absence days per month will you accept (in any given quarter or year) without taking disciplinary action? For those who exceed the number of tolerable days, what form will your disciplinary action take? Will there be warnings and if so when and what form? Would you require absentees to call in or send messages with others, reporting their need to be absent?"
